CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES:

6 months – 1 year Package

  • If cancelled before 60 days from the date of check-in, 200Rs/day will be charged for the no. of days you have stayed and the remaining amount will be refunded within 15 working days.
  • If cancelled after 60 days from the date of check-in, 200Rs/day will be charged for the no if days you have stayed and an additional amount of 5000Rs will be charged and the remaining amount will be refunded within 15 working days.
  • If Cancellation before check-in then 100% amount will be refunded within 15 working days.

1 month Package

  • It is non refundable as well as non transferable.

Per-Night package

  • It is non refundable as well as non transferable.

 

PAYMENT POLICY:

For booking per night or per month package at any of our residential properties, 100% advance payment at the time of check-in is mandatory.

 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICIES:

  1. The check-in and check-out time will be 12:00
  2. Guests need to provide a
    1. valid photograph
    2. id proof which includes aadhar card, voters id, driving license, college id card and passport. PAN card is not accepted as a valid id proof.

Guests are requested to bring the original copy of the id proof else check-in will be restricted.

  1. The use of tobacco, alcohol and cigarette (smoking) is strictly prohibited.
  2. Damage or loss of property or furniture will be recovered from guest.
  3. Guests should keep the noise within tolerance level of others in the premises and should reduce more if requested. No noise shall be caused between 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
  4. Guests are personally responsible for the safety of their belongings. Management is not responsible for personal injury or loss of life.
  5. The use of electronic appliances such as heaters, electric stove, iron etc in the room is restricted.
  6. Ragging in any form is strictly forbidden.
  7. Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
  8. Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to hotel asset. They should keep their room in a good condition as well as maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
  9. Management reserves the right to enter, inspect or check the rooms.
  10. Management have right to reject guest check-in without giving reason. Management reserves rights to revise rules and regulations.
  11. In case if any guest is found committing crime or theft of any kind, they will be immediately reported to police and will be evicted.
  12. Hanging of clothes in rooms as well as washrooms is not allowed.
  13. The entry in the daily attendance / leave register is compulsory.
  14. Certain destinations may have different policies for specific times during the year.
  15. Total tariff is the suggestive price at which rooms are available in the nearby locality/cluster/other online websites and does not necessarily represent the price of this hotel. The discount shown is the reference to suggestive price.
  16. Certain policies are booking specific and are informed to the customer while making the booking.

 

VISITORS POLICY:

  1. Visitors have to make visitors pass from the reception desk for entering in property.
  2. At the end of visit, visitors have to submit pass to reception or security desk.

The company shall be performing different CSR activity throughout the year.
